This session explores cutting-edge technologies and methodologies driving the next generation of subsea asset integrity management. Presentations will cover advancements in AI-driven inspection, robotic and non-intrusive assessment tools, and data-centric approaches to corrosion and fatigue analysis. Case studies highlight how operators are extending the life of pipelines, risers, and subsea systems once considered beyond service, while improving safety, reliability, and cost efficiency. Topics include automated corrosion modeling, robotic ultrasonic and electromagnetic NDT, model-based predictive control for well life management, and intelligent maintenance frameworks for offshore assets. Collectively, these studies demonstrate how fitness-for-service techniques and innovative strategies are redefining subsea life extension in deepwater environments.
