This panel will focus on what it takes to move from a promising digital technology pilot to full, safe, and sustainable integration across both internal operations and the broader ecosystem. The panelists will discuss real-world experience where advanced digital technologies—such as AI, Digital Twins, Robotics, and others—have been applied to improve safety and operational efficiency, and what was required to realize their value (or why they fell short). Their lessons learned will bring to the audience that technology alone is never enough. Often, success depends on changes to standards, approval processes, KPIs, and workforce training.
