These individuals, with fewer than 10 years of experience, are recognized for their passion, dedication to industry service, and unwavering focus on safety in the workplace. Nominee Requirements

Nominee Requirements

  • Nominee must be an early career professional with 10 years or less of industry experience
  • Nominee must currently work in the offshore energy sector
  • Nominee must be a member in good standing with one of OTC’s sponsoring, endorsing, or supporting organizations

Nomination Process

  • Identify one or more outstanding early career professional(s) within your sponsoring, endorsing, or supporting organization
  • Complete the online nomination form
  • Request a resume or CV to include with the nomination form
Program Benefits

Program Benefits

  • Recipients will receive a complimentary 4-day registration to OTC 2026
  • Recognition throughout OTC, including on the OTC website, social media platforms, and in the digital onsite program
  • Recipients will be listed in the OTC Awards Display, a permanent awards display case in NRG Center
  • Recipients will participate in the selection process of the Class of 2027
  • Acknowledgment at an onsite awards ceremony
