Login Instructions:
- Click “Login” (top right corner)
- Select “Forgot Password/First Time Login”
- Enter your email and follow the password reset instructions (look for an email from “Events IdP” at noreply@personifyauth.com.
- Once logged in, click on the Exhibitor Hub tab at the top

Didn’t receive the password‑reset email?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
Automated system emails can occasionally be filtered out.
- If the email still isn’t arriving, one of the following may be happening:
1. The email address you entered is not associated with your company’s account. Please contact otc.events@spe.org to confirm the email address associated
2. Your company’s firewall is blocking the message.
In this case, please contact your IT department, then try the reset process again.
After logging in, don’t forget to:
- Fill in company details, description, product categories, and social media links
- Complete the “About” and “Contact” sections
✅ Remember to click “Save” after each edit

Contracted Exhibitors receive a complimentary full listing, which includes:
- Company Name
- Booth Number
- Company Address
- Website URL
- Social Media Links
- Online Profile (limit 500 Characters)
- 3 Product Categories (online only)
