Join the OTC Volunteer Program!

Are you interested in attending OTC but concerned about paying the registration fee? Join the OTC Volunteer Program! OTC volunteers are an integral part of the success of the event. From directing people to where they want to go and to making the technical sessions run smoothly, we appreciate our volunteers! 

Volunteers must work at least one half-day shift and attend a mandatory pre-conference orientation to pick up your badge in order to receive a 4-day complimentary registration and parking pass to OTC 2026.

Mandatory volunteer orientations will be held:
Friday, 1 May 2026 | 1200–1330
Saturday, 2 May 2026 |0900–1030

OTC does not cover travel or hotel costs for out-of-town volunteers.

Arrangement Volunteers

Assist in the technical sessions, directing attendees, providing information to OTC staff on the meeting rooms, and assisting the technical session chairpersons.
 

Registration Volunteers

Assist with registration efforts, provide information and assistance to attendees, and orient attendees on the proper registration procedures.
